People ask me all the time, “Where’d that come from?” And honestly, it’s not just a name—it’s a story, a vibe, a reflection of who I am and what I want people to experience when they work with me as their wedding DJ, private event DJ, or corporate celebration DJ.
I’ll start here: “Ife” (pronounced ee-fay) means love in Yoruba, a nod to my Nigerian heritage. That part of my identity is deep-rooted—something that grounds me, inspires me, and shows up in how I connect with people. Music has always been an expression of love for me. Whether it's spinning a classic that brings someone back to a moment in time or blending tracks that make people feel something—that's love in motion.
The “Luxe” part? It’s not about flashy or over-the-top. It’s about an elevated DJ experience. Thoughtful details. Smooth transitions. Clean setups. That feeling of this is next level. Whether I’m DJing a wedding, a private party, a milestone birthday, or a high-end corporate event, I want it to feel seamless and stylish—but still personal and real.
And “Col” — short for Collective. Because even though I’m often the one behind the decks, I’m never doing this alone.
